  • Communicating with relevant stakeholders about technician dispatches
  • Handling Telecom Expense Management (TEM) Change Requests
  • Participating in meetings focused on project support and site closures
  • Engaging with vendors to resolve project-related issues
  • Submitting Letter of Authority (LOA) Requests for telephone porting
  • Addressing complications arising from rejected number port requests
  • Managing extensive billing and administrative tasks as required
  • Following up on information requests pertinent to ongoing projects

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Substantial experience as a Project Coordinator within the telecommunications industry
  • Fundamental Project Management skills
  • A strong technical background, particularly in telephony
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data management
  • Experience in effective communication with internal leadership, including regional executives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • A solid understanding of billing processes in the telecommunications sector
