Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. As a RN in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and services
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Current state RN license or multistate compact state licensure
  • Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS certification
  • Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days of hire date
