Powder Coater Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team at Valence. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and powder painting a variety of surfaces to meet our high standards.

• Prepare and powder paint surfaces as specified, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of painting techniques and methods related to specialized areas and work environments.
• Ensure safe use, storage, and disposal of paint and cleaning products, chemicals, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of painting methods and techniques related to specialized areas and work environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
