Job Title: Powder Coater

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team at Valence. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and powder painting a variety of surfaces to meet our high standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and powder paint surfaces as specified
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet production deadlines

**Requirements:**

* Knowledge of painting methods and techniques
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Strong attention to detail and quality control skills

**Working Conditions:**

* This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday afternoon shift
* Daylight shift required for training purposes
