Job Title: HR Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team at Granby Ranch. This is a seasonal role that requires flexibility and a strong work ethic.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You will also have the ability to multitask and work on numerous projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- General Office Duties: Perform general office duties and provide HR office coverage with professional, friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Employee Support: Assist employees with various tasks, including data entry, payroll assistance, and maintenance of personnel files.
- Housing Inspections: Assist with employee housing inspections, data collection, and entry into designated spreadsheets.
- Uniform Distribution: Assist with uniform distribution and returns.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete employment verifications, administer hire paperwork and ski vouchers, and maintain personnel files.
- Communication: Greet and assist people with inquiries, answer phones, and respond to general HR and company email accounts.
- Flexibility: Be available to work weekends and holidays during operating seasons, as well as participate in company orientations and employee functions.
- Additional Duties: Work in operations during high-volume periods, assist with Orientation for Winter operating season, and act as a positive, professional role model.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
- Experience: Administrative/office experience required; previous Human Resources experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to multitask, and strong computer skills.
Salary: $19-21 per hour
