Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Agent Team as a Customer Service Specialist - Insurance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records, meet performance targets, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work in a team environment. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Experience in sales or marketing is preferred, but not required. You will also need to be able to effectively relate to customers and make presentations to potential clients.
