Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the development of new pediatric trauma program in conjunction with St. Luke's trauma team.
  • Participation in trauma strategic planning and the development of new initiatives to grow services within the department.
  • Participation in provider recruitment initiatives.
  • Evaluation of the department's financial performance and identification of initiatives to improve.
  • Review and analysis of quality and service metrics; development and implementation of processes to improve.
  • Participation in Network education events and training of new providers.
