Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize office machinery such as fax machines, copiers, and telephone systems, while employing computers for tasks such as spreadsheet management, word processing, and database handling.
- Establish and uphold both paper and electronic filing systems for documentation, correspondence, and other materials.
- Accurately transfer information between systems as required.
- Identify and attach relevant files to incoming communications that necessitate responses.
- Draft, type, and disseminate meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
- Engage in archiving activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
- Legal Secretary skills are preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. during the work shift.
- Proficient computer skills and typing capabilities.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills.
- Consistent attendance record and a polite phone demeanor.
