OVERVIEW:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are central to delivering exceptional patient care at Rochester Regional Health. Your efforts positively impact the lives of patients, their families, and visitors, as you strive to meet their needs with kindness, respect, and compassion.

Affiliated with Clifton Springs Hospital, Clifton Springs Nursing Home provides a holistic approach to long-term care. Our skilled nursing services are conveniently located near Spa Springs, offering patients access to therapeutic treatments such as massage therapy and acupuncture. The facility accommodates 108 beds.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem
LOCATION: Clifton Springs Nursing Home
DEPARTMENT: Long Term Care
SCHEDULE: Day/Evening/Night

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Patient Care & Service: Enhance and restore patients' health by executing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams; performing various treatment procedures; providing physical, educational, and emotional support to patients and their families; supervising assigned team members.
  • Planning & Communication: Create and document personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, with support from the interdisciplinary health team as necessary; maintain effective communication regarding patient health status, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management: Demonstrate proficient use of an EHR, ensuring accurate patient and provider documentation and communication.
  • Compliance: Adhere to departmental and system protocols, as well as local, state, and federal regulations and educational requirements.

EDUCATION:

Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

PAY RANGE:

$48.00
