Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate production team activities to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Monitor and adjust workflows to optimize productivity and quality.
  • Maintain quality standards for products and processes, implementing quality control checks and corrective actions as needed.
  • Train, mentor, and develop production staff, conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Address personnel issues and maintain a positive work environment, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, investigating and reporting incidents, near misses, and hazard identification.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions, maintaining accurate production records and reports.
  • Analyze production data and generate performance reports, implementing process improvements based on data analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated ability in a manufacturing supervisory role.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing software and MS Office.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
