- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, investigating and reporting incidents, near misses, and hazard identification.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated ability in a manufacturing supervisory role.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and MS Office.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
