About the Role:
This position is a Quality Assurance Program Manager role that involves leading the implementation and ongoing improvement of our QA program. The successful candidate will play a key part in driving continuous improvements, conducting audits, and ensuring the highest quality standards. As a team player, you'll work closely with production teams and clients to refine processes and meet customer needs, directly impacting product quality and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the execution and enhancement of the Quality Assurance Program.
  • Conduct internal, external, and supplier audits; manage third-party audits like Nadcap.
  • Oversee Nonconforming Material, Calibration/Recall systems, and Corrective and Preventive Action processes.
  • Review specifications and contracts to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
  • Address customer inquiries, document feedback, and maintain records.
  • Manage supplier approval processes and procurement of quality items and services.
  • Coordinate continuous improvement training across the company.

Requirements:
  • Experience in quality roles, especially with metal finishing processes and Nadcap audits.
  • HAZMAT certified.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and manage diverse workgroups.
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Compensation:
A competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 per annum, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with a 6% match, and opportunities for professional growth and industry contributions.
