About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Dental Arts of South Jersey. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver periodontal therapies and other hygiene-related services to patients, ensuring the highest level of care and attention to detail.
  • Conduct patient screenings, medical history reviews, and dental charting to identify and address oral health needs.
  • Apply fluoride and protective sealants to prevent tooth decay and promote healthy teeth and gums.
  • Remove calculus, stain, and plaque from above and below the gum line to maintain optimal oral health.
  • Provide nutritional counseling and self-care programs to patients to prevent disease and promote overall well-being.
Requirements
  • Active Hygiene license for the state of New Jersey.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
