Position OverviewThe primary responsibility of this role involves the preparation, analysis, and dissemination of consolidated and divisional financial reports.
This position will assist the Manager in various financial operations, including but not limited to budgeting, general accounting, grants administration, and special initiatives.
A minimum of 4 years in general accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting is essential. Experience in hospital or physician practice accounting is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and familiarity with accounting software is required.
Ability to assume Managerial responsibilities during periods of absence. Capable of working independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment while maintaining confidentiality with professionalism.
Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
Educational QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance is acceptable only if the candidate has completed Intermediate Accounting I & II.
