">We are recruiting an additional Urologist to join our team in Stockton, CA. The ideal candidate will develop a busy, full-scope practice with access to the latest medical technology.

">This is an excellent opportunity for a Board-Certified Urologist to work in a collaborative environment with a talented team of healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, and participating in quality assurance initiatives.
">Responsibilities

- Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.">
- Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.">
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.">
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.">
- Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.">
- Quality Improvement: Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.">
- Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.">
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.">
Requirements

- A valid and unrestricted California medical license.">
- Board eligible or board certified in urology (ABMS or AOA).">
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program.">
Compensation Package
">We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

- Salary guarantee period, bonus incentives, generous time off.">
- Annual salary range: $414,165 - $503,067.">
