Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Urologist to join our team at Dignity Health Medical Group - Stockton. The successful candidate will develop a busy, full-scope practice, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures, ensuring pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
  • Foster effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting a collaborative approach.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
Requirements
  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license.
  • Board eligible or board certified in urology (ABMS or AOA).
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program.
Compensation Package

The annual salary for this role is estimated to be between $414,165 and $503,067. Our compensation package includes:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $199.00-$241.00.
  • A generous time-off policy, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
