About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Behavior Specialist to join our educational team in New Hampshire.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a school setting and a genuine passion for supporting students' academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instructional support to teachers with classroom management.
  • Work one-on-one with students who need additional assistance, adapting activities to suit their individual requirements.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring student safety and well-being.
  • Assist teachers with preparing instructional materials and classroom activities.
  • Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and other staff members.
  • Support students with special needs, helping them reach their full potential.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a school setting is required, preferably with a focus on behavior support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with teachers and students.
  • A commitment to supporting the educational and emotional needs of students is paramount.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are necessary for building strong relationships with students and colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
