About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Manager to lead our efforts in automating business processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining process automation solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and Python.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Design and implement technical solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and Python
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop process automation solutions
  • Lead discovery sessions with business members to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement
  • Document all aspects of the discovery process, process automation, and technical design
  • Manage vendor quotes and invoices, and perform periodical maintenance of new store opening files
  • Maintain systems and troubleshoot issues working closely with the Japan RPA team
Requirements
  • At least 4-6 years of professional experience in programming, SQL, and relational databases, and application development
  • Experience with one or more RPA technologies, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in process analysis, design, and implementation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to create clear and concise reports
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer-oriented mindset, with ability to provide high-level service and follow through
What We Offer
