Are you a skilled medical writer looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and growing pharmaceutical company?

We are seeking a Senior Medical Writing Manager to join our team at Eisai, a company dedicated to breaking through in neurology and oncology. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the preparation of clinical sections of submission documents, such as briefing books, global investigator brochures, and annual regulatory reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical writing, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an industry setting. You will have participated in or led major marketing application submissions and have a proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

As a Senior Medical Writing Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on site at our headquarters in Hartford, CT, and will be eligible to participate in our Annual Incentive Plan and Long Term Incentive Plan. Our salary range for this position is from $149,200-$195,800, which is competitive with industry standards. We also offer a range of benefits, including employee benefit programs and opportunities for career growth and development.
