Lead Electronics Engineering Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development of our embedded systems projects. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and has excellent leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop technical specifications.
- Designing and developing embedded systems software and hardware.
- Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance and support.
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks to ensure project success.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in embedded systems development, with a strong focus on C firmware.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A deep understanding of low-level programming languages and their interaction with hardware.
