We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Cupertino, CA. This role will be part of the New Product Introduction team and will focus on ensuring the manufacturability of product designs through the application of design guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have creativity, curiosity, and 3+ years of research or process development experience in an applicable field.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to work with a multi-functional team, and proven ability to self-manage and deliver results in a pure development role.

The successful candidate will have a degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical, chemical, electrical, or materials science) and familiarity with microelectronics fabrication and PCBA assembly processes.

They will also have aptitude to work collaboratively with specialists from other teams, such as Product Design, EE, PCB Layout, Program Office, Reliability, TPM, Component Quality, Capex, and others.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
