- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose technical problems and malfunctions in molding machines using a systematic approach to identify root causes accurately, collaborate with technical experts to address complex issues effectively and efficiently, and execute repairs on molding machines to restore equipment functionality promptly.
- Facility Maintenance Support: Contribute to general facility maintenance tasks beyond equipment-specific responsibilities, assist in maintaining a safe and organized working environment by addressing facility-related issues and supporting maintenance efforts in shared spaces.
- Knowledge and Skills: Industrial maintenance safety, ability to read basic blueprints and schematics, familiarity with power transmission systems and industrial controls, basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics, experience with programmable controllers, knowledge of occupational math skills for measurements and calculations, problem-solving and team collaboration capabilities.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience at Alpla Inc. or similar industry.
