As a Senior Financial Analyst, Consolidations at Arcade Beauty, you will be responsible for:

  • Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Closing Activities: Assist in the preparation of the management report and accompanying schedules, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial Statement Preparation and Review: Prepare and review Group and other legal entity financial statements managed by the Corporate Finance team to ensure transactions and consolidations are properly reflected and in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Overseas Entity Review: Review and understand the differences between statutory financials and financials reported to corporate, coordinate with corporate tax to ensure these differences are properly accounted for in the tax provision/filings.
  • Consolidation Journal Entries and Reconciliations: Prepare and record consolidation journal entries and reconciliations for month-end closing.
  • Account Fluctuation Analysis: Analyze and document significant account fluctuations for the Corporate Controller and senior leadership.
  • Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations: Review balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting submissions from subsidiaries.
  • Financial Controls: Ensure financial controls practiced by subsidiaries are in accordance with company's policies and procedures.
  • External Consultant Support: Support requests from external consultants such as Auditors, Tax consultants, and other financial advisors.
  • Cash Forecasting: Contribute to the global cash management strategy and support cash forecasting processes.
  • Accounting System Design and Maintenance: Assist in the design, modification, implementation, and/or maintenance of accounting systems to ensure adequate recognition of financial transactions.
  • Control Weakness Identification: Identify control weaknesses and participate in recommending remedial changes to tighten and enhance controls to the Corporate Controller.
  • Accounting Research and Analysis: Conduct accounting research and analyses on an ad hoc basis.
