Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate unit staffing to ensure effective patient care and efficient department operations.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers to develop and implement evidence-based care plans.
- Evaluate patient care outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement education programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- One year of registered nurse experience in an emergency department setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or equivalent.
