We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources and Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks related to human resources management and payroll processing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure timely enrollment and communication with employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and records.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience with payroll processing. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience in a human resources or payroll administration role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
