Clinical Care Specialist

Job Summary
Huntington Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Care Partner to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct patient care services on a patient-centered care unit, supervised by a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care services on a patient-centered care unit
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient care goals
- Participate in patient education and support
- Assist with assessments, interventions, and evaluations as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of prior experience in clinical patient care in an acute care setting
- Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) certification
- Basic computer skills and experience with computerized documentation systems
Compensation and Benefits:
Huntington Hospital offers a competitive compensation package, including a base rate of $30.10 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay. Additionally, our hospital offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
