Job Summary

The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Cardiac MedSurg Nurse, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver individualized care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver evidence-based care.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that adapts to the patient's population-specific characteristics.
  • Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals.
  • Practice using current clinical practice standards and promote a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in nursing or graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Basic Life Support or BLS certification.
  • Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience.
