We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg- Cardiac Telemetry team at Wellstar North Fulton Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care through effective partnerships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses to ensure a current and future qualified workforce.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or less than 1 year completion of accredited/approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours.
- Direct patient care experience preferred.
