- Loss Prevention: Collaborate with management on strategies to minimize losses.
- Display Management: Work with merchandising teams to maintain effective product displays.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retail, preferably within the hardware or lumber sector.
- Leadership: 1-3 years of supervisory experience is essential.
- Management: 2-3 years of experience in retail management is preferred.
The ideal candidate should be capable of fulfilling the physical demands of the role, which include:
- Extended periods of standing and walking throughout the store and yard.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
This is a full-time position, typically requiring 45 hours per week, with varying days and hours, including evenings and weekends.
