About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Onboarding Trainer to join our team at Butterball, LLC. As a key member of our onboarding process, you will play a critical role in ensuring that new hires receive the necessary training and support to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with departmental supervisors and onboarding specialists to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding training programs for new team members, including job safety analysis, good manufacturing practices, and equipment operation.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to new hires to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their job tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with onboarding specialists and departmental management staff to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to the onboarding process.
  • Monitor new hire progress and provide feedback to onboarding specialists and departmental supervisors.
  • Document new hire job performance and provide input on job performance status.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new hire training programs and materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in onboarding, training, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • Bilingual English-Creole language skills (read, write, speak).
