Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at El Centro Family Health. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to the people of Northern New Mexico.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse community. They will also have excellent communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all patient contacts.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager or Nurse Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse will provide skilled nursing services for patients, conduct patient assessments, take verbal and written orders from providers, and perform wound care and other essential patient care tasks.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma plus completion of an accredited course of study in licensed practical nursing.

Licensure: Current and valid New Mexico LPN licensure.

Certification: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR); Basic Life Support (BLS).

Experience: Minimum of one-year experience in a clinical setting.
