Job Summary:

Concentra Career Choice is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician - Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our patient care team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Director - Clinical Operations to lead our clinical team and ensure the highest level of patient care. As a Healthcare Professional - Center Medical Director, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring a medically appropriate level of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform medical assessments of patients and establish a medically appropriate level of care.
  • Maintain clinical core competency and assure compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies.
  • Meet with employers to discuss health and safety needs and conduct workplace assessments.
  • Provide guidance to other medical staff and ensure Concentra's mission is achieved.
  • Manage time, prioritize, and multitask in a busy environment.

Qualifications:

  • Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
  • Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction.
  • Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative, and Flexibility.
  • Ability to make decisions or solve problems using logic and propose quality solutions.
  • Ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Ability to supervise, evaluate, coach, and develop staff.
  • Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximize employee morale and productivity.
