Position Overview:

Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct service operations on client equipment.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance to clients and fellow service technicians.
  • Deliver exceptional service that surpasses established standards.
  • Offer technical guidance for quick resolution of issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of all activities related to client equipment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Experience in the land surveying or construction sector is advantageous.
  • Preferred background in troubleshooting and repairing heavy machinery.
  • Familiarity with electrical instrumentation is a plus.
  • Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • A strong background in Heavy Machinery and Mechanical systems is essential.
