We are seeking a Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize proper food handling and food service techniques to ensure the highest quality of service.
  • Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring resident/guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items and explain to residents or guests.
  • Maintain assigned tables and surrounding area in a complete state of cleanliness, appearance, and readiness.
  • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with orientation and training of new food servers to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment.
  • Set up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
  • Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.
  • Perform and complete opening and closing checklist criteria to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Assist in dining room and surrounding areas for proper directional flow, organization, and supplies placement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in fine dining preferred.
