Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough speech and language evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide both individual and group therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Speech and Language Evaluations: Assess students' communication skills and identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create personalized plans to address students' communication needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with Professionals: Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.
  • Provide Therapy Sessions: Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Document Progress: Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: A graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid California SLP License: A valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification: Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Certified Clinical Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) is a plus.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
