Residential Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Manager to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Residential Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and success of individuals with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily operations for assigned residences, ensuring compliance with OPWDD regulations
  • Oversee staffing ratios and monitor benefit use and overtime
  • Provide training and support to staff, ensuring they receive necessary training during orientation and on an annual basis
  • Ensure Treatment Team and treatment planning meetings are prepared for and attended by assigned residence staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or 60+ credits required, with three years of experience in mental health field considered in lieu of academic requirement
  • Two years of progressively responsible positions in a residential setting, working with the same population (age, diagnosis, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Flexibility, patience, energy, creativity, and a sense of humor
  • Strong passion for working with and helping children and adults with special needs
