As an Asset Availability Leader at Georgia-Pacific, you will be responsible for developing and executing asset strategy, optimizing time-based and condition-based approaches, and managing asset upgrades to improve resiliency and reduce costs. You will also contribute to asset maintenance work process prioritization, T-Minus outage planning, and equipment troubleshooting.

Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software and computer-based maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Experience collecting, assembling, and analyzing data
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two or more years of reliability or maintenance experience
  • Two or more years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience within a paper/pulp manufacturing operation
  • Experience using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies
  • Experience with vibrational tools and analysis
