About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Availability Leader to join our team at the Monticello, MS containerboard mill. This position will support the Fiber Area and directly report to the Fiber Area Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute asset strategy to optimize availability and performance.
  • Establish and optimize time-based and condition-based asset approaches.
  • Manage AssetSuite infrastructure, including work orders, CATIDs, BOMs, and spare part quantities.
  • Implement asset upgrades to improve resiliency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct loss accounting and gap potential efforts to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the reliability team to monitor and respond to siteview and asset360 alerts.
  • Lead quality assurance, quality control, and quality of work efforts.
  • Conduct equipment benchmarking and root cause analysis to drive improvement.
  • Develop and execute PM and OBC strategies to optimize maintenance.
  • Provide technical support for capital and non-capital projects.
  • Conduct vibrational analysis of critical assets.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software and computer-based maintenance management systems.
  • Experience collecting, assembling, and analyzing data.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two or more years of reliability or maintenance experience.
  • Two or more years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a paper/pulp manufacturing operation.
  • Experience with root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Experience with vibrational tools and analysis.
