Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Implementation: Effectively implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting it to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with parents through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions, to keep them informed of their child's progress.
  • Center Success: Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve goals related to enrollment and engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
  • Experience: At least one year of professional teaching experience preferred. Six months of experience required.
  • Certifications: Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  • State Requirements: Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
