Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook meals according to daily menus and SLC standard recipes
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation guidelines and safety protocols
* Work collaboratively with the food service team to ensure seamless meal service during peak hours
* Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns, providing excellent customer service
* Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, promoting a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests

Requirements:

* 1+ year of experience in production cooking and/or preparing therapeutic diets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
* Ability to make independent decisions and solve practical problems
