About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team as a Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring a safe and clean working environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
  • Adhere to recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Uphold AMC's Business Practice Standards and ensure compliance with company policies and programs.
  • Support the daily completion of food safety checklists and participate in maintaining food safety compliance.
Requirements
  • Age 16 or older (other location-specific age requirements may apply).
  • Ability to obtain any required food or alcohol service licenses or certifications, including T.I.P.S. certification.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. measurements, weight, and volume.
