Construction Site Damage Prevention Specialist

WSB LLC is seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Damage Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our construction sites and preventing damage to underground infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with contractors onsite to ensure proper dig methods are being followed
- Verify that the 811 process is being adhered to by contractors
- Conduct daily reporting, including clear descriptions of work performed, accurate details, and photos documenting scope of work
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve damage prevention efforts

Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction oversight, damage prevention, site safety, operator qualifications, excavation, and local 811 processes/laws
- Familiarity with natural gas/CFR 192, Watch and Protect, Stop Work Responsibility, and locating gas and electric
- Reliable transportation and ability to perform work at multiple sites local to Houston Metro/Harris County
- Assertive, clear communicator
- Familiar with locate documentation requirements, including informative photos
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
