Role Overview:
This Counsel, Commercial Contracts, Privacy and Security role is responsible for developing and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Has a Juris Doctor degree and 2-5 years of relevant work experience in contract management, corporate law, or a related field
* Possesses excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Is able to work collaboratively as part of a team
