Job Overview

Weis Markets is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Real Estate Attorney to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance on corporate real estate matters.

Job Description

This role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, leases, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. You will provide legal and risk management advice related to contracts and agreements, participate in corporate governance, prepare and file legal documents, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • 5-10 years' experience in corporate real estate law
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with a license to practice with the state bar
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
  • Previous experience in corporate retail law is highly preferred
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Other Requirements

You must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and work within strict time frames. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
