Network Specialist IV Job Description

At RGNext, we're seeking a highly skilled Network Specialist IV to join our team of experts in maintaining and operating mission-critical systems that launch and track space launch rockets. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and security of our networks, providing senior-level troubleshooting, and creating technical solutions to meet our requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain classified and unclassified RTS range networks
  • Provide senior-level troubleshooting of RTS range networks
  • Create technical solutions based on requirements and available resources
  • Provide engineering oversight to active projects and tasks
  • Provide tasking direction and support to others within the department
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience designing, implementing, operating, and troubleshooting Cisco-based networks
  • Active CCNP certification
  • Active Security+ or equivalent DoD Directive M qualifying certification
  • Experience with Cisco Prime Infrastructure and Solarwinds
  • Experience supporting DoD/military networks
