**Requirements**

  • 2-5 years of cooking experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with Team Members and management.
  • Proven success in a high-volume restaurant environment with a strong passion for culinary excellence and service.
  • Ability to develop and lead a team, with a proven track record of career progression.
  • Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution and efficiency in the kitchen.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
