Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized, play-based ABA therapy sessions to children in their homes, clinics, or community settings.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors, counselors, and therapists, to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify each child's unique strengths, needs, and goals.
  • Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans that focus on building upon each child's strengths and abilities.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, empowering them to become active participants in their child's treatment and development.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy and child development.

Requirements:

  • A valid CPR certification and a recent TB test.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation with car insurance.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Pass a background check, including Livescan (fingerprints).
