Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide early intervention services to children with developmental delays or disabilities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer evaluations and assessments to identify children's strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote healthy development and independence
  • Provide families with information, skills, and support to enhance their child's development
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Comply with all Federal and State regulations, including those outlined in the Connecticut Birth to Three Program Regulations
Requirements:
  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of CT
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Connecticut driver's license
  • One year of experience working with children in early intervention
