Occupational Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages, providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to help them achieve their highest level of function and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' occupational therapy needs and goals.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities to promote independence and enhance quality of life.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
