We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing compassionate patient care and support. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
About the PositionThe nurse will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to assess needs, develop care plans, and deliver high-quality care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in patient care and administration, with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks- Patient Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and communicating with patients and families.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve desired outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state where the position is located.
- Experience: Minimum of six months of recent medical experience.
$90,000 - $130,000.
