We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Therapist to join our team in a school setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students to develop their communication skills and overcome speech disorders.

Job Overview
  • Reside in one of the following states: OR, WA, ID, TX, AZ, CO, or FL
  • Work remotely
  • Compensation: $40-61/hour
About the Position

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution and hold current ASHA certification. Additionally, they must possess a valid state license to practice speech therapy.

In this role, you will provide therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients with speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders. You will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to restore or maintain patient well-being and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements
  • Pediatric focus and/or school-based experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize time and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information
  • Knowledge of therapy skills as defined by generally accepted standards of practice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
